This was a work done in tandem with a peer of mine, Ben Phillips. We published and presented a paper alongside our KUARQ research group. Using Cerebras' largest single compute chip fabricated and built for AI, we proved that quantum circuit simulations can be accelerated similarly on the same chip.
We even got to present our work at SC24 in Atlanta! Here's a picture of the real scale of the WSE engine (left) and its "engine block" (right):
